We are looking for dynamic Account Executives in the states of WA, CA, OR, NV, CO, ID and MT. We are looking for talented people who are knowledgeable of wholesale mortgage lending, self-motivated and exhibit a strong desire to make an exceptional income.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/Essential Duties

    • Develop and build strong relationships with high quality Mortgage Brokers
    • Support a Broker’s growth by educating them on our products, pricing and services. And keeping them updated
    • Be the liaison between Broker and CBMC loan processing staff
    • Work with the Broker and CBMC operations staff to insure the quality of loan and assist in protecting CBMC’s
      assets through careful review of Broker activity
    • Communicate and follow up through entire loan process
    • Full knowledge of company products and programs
    • Develop and execute a Marketing Plan to reflect the changing dynamics of the current mortgage environment
    • Responsible for reaching pre-determined loan funding goals and objectives
    • Ensure all compliance regulations are met

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Minimum two years of mortgage banking, preferably as a Wholesale Account Executive
    • Ability to understand CBMC underwriting guidelines
    • Complete understanding of the loan process from submission to funding
    • Knowledge of State and Federal lending regulations
    • Demonstrated sales skills and effective communication
    • Knowledge of the mortgage industry and competition
    • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent problem-solver self-motivated and a positive attitude
    • Must have a professional appearance and communication style
    • Strong computer skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years experience and/or three years related experience and/or training

TRAVEL:

Car travel within the area is required approximately 80% of the time. Valid drivers license is a must.
